Get them via [Shop] > [Generals] section > [Bundles] tab > Support Bundles. Each level of support bundle can only be purchased once.

• 5✦ Giga Stamina Boost is available as part of each Lv 1, 2, 3, and 4 Support Bundles.
• 5✦ Giga Survivability Boost is available as part of each Lv 5, 6, 7, and 8 Support Bundles.
